Why should I buy from Southern Stars Saddlery?
At Southern Stars Saddlery we pride ourselves at offering you the very best tack and equipment to help you compete at your best every time.  Designed by riders, for riders and tested on the world stage, our range of saddlery is on the winner's podiums at events all over the world, from pony club to 4*!  Rider safety is very important to us, as is having fun and riding positively and confidently.  Our own range of saddlery and as well as our feature brands will support you with acheiving your riding goals, be they to compete at the very top level, or just to enjoy popping over some logs on the weekends!

How soon will my purchase be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them.  If the item is not currently in stock you will be contacted immediately with an estimated arrival date.  As we are dealing with imports, some delays may occur that are out of our control, but we promise to keep you informed if this happens.

What if I need to ask a questions about what I am about to buy?

What if my new purchase is the wrong size?

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange to exchange for the correct size.  Please do not use goods that are the wrong size, as they must be returned with original labels and packaging for an exchange.

What if my purchase is faulty?

Manufacturing faults do occasionally occur.  Please contact us on receipt of the goods if it has arrived with a fault or been damaged in the post- we will be happy to resolve this problem for you as quickly as we can.
