Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them via our website.  Should an item be out of stock, we wil notify you immediately and advise when to expect your order.
Privacy & Security
We do not share your information with any other company or party.  Our online shopping gateway is secure, and should you have any queries about shopping online, or would prefer to phone your order through, please contact your local agent directly.
Returns & Replacements
Should you receive your order and it is the incorrect size or fit, please advise us within 7 days, and return the item unused and in it's original packaging within 21 days for and exchange or refund.  When returning the item, please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return.  We recommend that you use a traceable system of return post as we cannot refund for items for we have not received.  Should an item be found to be faulty, please advise us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement item for you as soon as possible, at no charge to yourself.  Please note: custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Orders can be placed online through the shopping cart, or by calling your local state agent and discussung your requirements with them directly.  When using the online shopping cart, you will receive a receipt email confirming your order.
Updating Account Information
Please ensure that the details used in the shopping cart (email, address, phone number) are correct and current to ensure a speedy delivery of your order.  If using Paypal, please ensure your contact details are current and correct.
